By and large, it was lovely welcoming and good standard place with outstandingly accommodating staff from one staff member.

Clean and quirky place, good hot breakfast with a lot of options. Excellent and perfect location so close to Cardiff International Arena as well as Cardiff bay and the town center, and private parking. Plus, 10 minutes 

Tried fine toast, cereal, and pancakes. The room was airy and unique with good facilities, well priced. Good and unbeatable location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.

Double room I stayed at was brand-new with fridge. The hotel provided a warm and delicious breakfast with fresh pancakes and pastries and pancake machine.

Possibly the best and excellent stay on an early Xmas present shopping trip. Stunning location, a super close walk to Atlantic. Particularly good restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Airy unit with 2 beds. So many outstanding 

Warm breakfast with plenty of food options. Tastefully decorated room with large bathroom and comfortable beds.

The property was well-organized with very amiable staff especially the lovely receptionist. It was in an excellent and unbeatable location a minute walk from The Wharf.

Disappointing aspect was grubby bathroom.

The rooms with comfy bed. Lots of options for breakfast including toast, cereals, and pancakes. Favourable location in the good quiet area, close to the city centre, which is about 10-15 minutes walk way 

Its location in Cardiff was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, not far from the adjoined restaurant and retail parks and the train station and shopping area. I stayed in the room that was upgraded which was a nice 

The hotel is modern with SUPPER FRIENDLY staff at the reception desk. The rooms are functional and beautifully designed, have hypo-allergenic pillows. The breakfast is delicious and absolutely fantastic with a great selection of food.

Beds were a little small.

It was a quaint place, had top-class and extremely helpful staff on the night shift. The hotel had an incredible location a minute walk from The Wharf. It also was close to center of Cardiff. The breakfast was 

The hotel was situated in the central location to go to the shop. The rooms were stylish and mine was functional with comfy pillows, coffee and a very comfortable bed.

The room I booked was upgraded which was a nice touch and available with a separate shower and bath. I enjoyed toast, cereals, and pancakes in the morning. The hotel had a central setting in the Customs Shed restaurant.
